January 6th, 2012: A driver and her three passengers were involved in a fatal car accident. Kristina Lowe, 18 years old, was the driver of the car. The four teenagers had left a party when their car lost control and crashed into trees. Lowe, the driver, was texting at the time of the crash. Two of the passengers were killed; the other two were seriously injured. There were minors at the party, and underage drinking took place. Authorities are still investigating the crash, and are no doubt concerned because drunk driving accidents often occur when teenagers drink and drive, and many wrongful death cases are filed as a result. Lagstein Law Firm sends it condolensces to the families of everyone involved.
