T. Kurt Wolf

Mr. Wolf grew up and has spent most of his life living in Los Angeles. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 1996 with a Bachelor's Degree in Jurisprudence. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law in 2000, immediately passing the California State Bar Examination and being admitted to practice in all the courts in California, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also won the Best Oral Advocate and Distinguished Advocate awards in both the 1998 and 1999 UCLA School of Law Moot Court competitions. Mr. Wolf subsequently has gained experience in a wide range of litigation work including a federal clerkship, several years with a prestigious national law corporation, and several years running his own law firm.

Mr. Wolf has always gone into court on behalf of his clients with an impeccable command of procedural and evidentiary rules, legal research, motion practice, oral argument, and the technicalities of courtroom advocacy. Mr. Wolf's writing experience includes the drafting of countless successful legal briefs on complex issues, including those submitted to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of major corporate clientele.

Mr. Wolf is widely respected among Los Angeles attorneys for his trial abilities and fearlessness in the face of even the largest and most powerful opponents.
