Eran Lagstein
Eran Lagstein founded the Lagstein Law Firm to assist people in their time of need. His legal representation has led to victories for his clients in personal injury cases, employment matters, housing litigation, business litigation, and many other matters.
Mr. Lagstein was born in Israel and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA, where he received his B.S. in Psychobiology and graduated magna cum laude – in the top 8% of his class of over 10,000 students. He then attended the UCLA School of Law, where he distinguished himself as one of the best oral advocates and legal writers in California. Immediately after graduating law school, Mr. Lagstein took both the California and Nevada bar exams, and passed each on his first attempt. His education, combined with his having been raised in a family of physicians, has given him an additional level of compassion and understanding of medical conditions, which informs and strengthens his ability to represent injured clients.
He is known for his aggressive, thorough, and compassionate representation of clients. Due to the nature of his practice, Mr. Lagstein is often up against large insurance companies, who spare no expense in their battle against the injured, who play dirty, and who try to victimize and personally attack those who already are hurting. These insurance companies do this to prevent the victim from receiving fair compensation. Mr. Lagstein understands that these companies only understand one language – a jury verdict. On the other hand, Mr. Lagstein also knows that, sometimes, people and businesses are unfairly sued, and therefore his practice also includes the aggressive defense against unfair lawsuits.
Mr. Lagstein has frequently given free legal advice and consultations to those in need. He practices law in both California and Nevada, is fluent in both Hebrew and English, and is conversant in Spanish.
