West Hollywood, California: Actress Lindsay Lohan has been sued by a woman claiming that the actress' car hit her as she was pushing a stroller across the street. A witness claimed that the collision lifted three of the stroller's four wheels off the street and into the air, and described the impact as "a major hit."
